1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Primary Purchase: Refunds apply only to the initial purchase of the license and do not apply to subsequent renewals.
- Technical Issues: If you are experiencing a technical bug, we ask that you allow our support team an opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund is processed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Renewal Payments: Automatic renewals are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Abuse of Service: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud or abuse (e.g., repeated purchasing and refunding to avoid license fees).
3. How to Request a Refund
