It puts a smart “Get an Estimate” form on your website. Customers pick the services they need, see a real-time price update as they choose, and submit their contact info when they’re ready. You get an alert email with the lead, a score (hot/warm/cold), and the full breakdown of what they’re looking for — so you know exactly what to quote before you even call back.

Yes. ApproxIt is a WordPress plugin. It runs on your own WordPress install — no separate account, no SaaS dashboard, no monthly login somewhere else. If you don’t have a WordPress site yet, getting one set up takes about an hour and costs $10-25/month at hosts like Bluehost, SiteGround, or WP Engine.
We chose WordPress because 43% of all websites already run on it. If you’re a small service business in 2026 and you don’t have a site yet, WordPress is almost certainly where you’d build one anyway.
